My friend is almost certainly dying tonight. He had his 2nd liver transplant a few weeks ago, and has since developed a bizarre situation where he is making antibodies that destroy his own platelets. The doctors are at a loss. In practical terms what this means is that his blood will not clot.
He fell this evening, and hit his head. Right now he is bleeding internally from this, and they know of no way to stop it. He is expected to bleed to death, short of a miracle.
Please, pray for him and for his wife, and daughter. Pray for his idiot son who won't pick up the phone and thinks ignoring this will make it stop. And pray for me, my heart is breaking.
