I'm gonna sound like a cheapskate, but need some imput.
I had an issue with a restaurant's food and they said they would refund my money. Now they're giving me the run around.
Here's the deal: My friend and I called in an order. She went to pick it up. I didn't know the total, I just sent $20 with her. After receiving the food, I was highly disappointed with the quality and the price. I did not touch the food, eat it, or even breathe on it. I immediately called the restaurant. They told me the manager wasn't in and I explained the situation. She told me the manager was the only one that could get into the register to do a refund. She assured me that they WOULD give me a refund, but I had to take the food back & the manager would call me the next day. So I took everything back and left my phone #. So the next day came & they didn't call, so I called there. Lady said manager said she couldn't do a refund, but they would cook me another order. First of all, there is NO WAY, I would trust them touching my food again. So I told the lady I would just call the corporate office and see what they recommend for me to do. I haven't called yet, but plan to today. Any advice? |

I mean she didn't even try it. One glance and she wanted a refund.
However, when a
waitress tells you that she has a slight attitude problem especially when it comes to teens, and I am sitting at a table with 14 of them, two of them being my
own, yeah, I emailed. (This was just one of many things she stepped over the line about) I got a phone call the next day from the district manager. I told him
that I didn't expect anything, but I was very taken by this lady's attitude and that was the first time we had EVER had bad service there and thought
they should know. He ended up sending me a $40 giftcard.
